What is the Fitness Commitment?

Fit Commit is a 4 week online program that teaches you exactly what to eat and how to move your body to achieve a tighter, leaner, more energized you!

I’m already short on time. How much do I need to dedicate to this program?

I’ve done the work for you. I created the plan and tested it on myself. You will only need the same amount of time you would otherwise have used to prepare your meals – I’ve taken the guesswork out of what to eat. And I’ve given you the workout plan you need so all you have to do is implement it, wherever you train – at home, outside or in the gym

I am not a cook. Can I easily make the recipes in the Fit Commit Challenge?

There is no need to be a chef. The recipes in Fit Commit are easy to make, taste delicious and not complicated. I’ve made them simple and clear so you can be successful with food prep right out of the gate.

I'm new to working out, is this too advanced?

When I first used this program, I wasn’t a pro. I focus on teaching you the movements that will ignite fat burning right away. The videos provided show you how to execute the exercises properly. No need to be a pro. I’m your Personal Trainer, here to guide and assist you.

How do I know this isn't just another fad diet?

My daughter and talented Naturopath Dr. Rachel Corradetti N.D., has put her
sizeable nutrition and naturopathic skills to work, as she assisted me in
building the nutrition plan for this program. Eating Clean is a lifestyle, not a flash in the pan, one of effort. We’ve got you!

Can I participate in the Fit Commit Challenge even if I am diabetic? Type I? Type II?

Diabetics, whether Type I or Type II can safely participate in the Fit Commit Challenge as the menu and frequency of eating is supported by the Canadian and American Diabetic Associations. Let your doctor know that you are participating in the Challenge.

I’ve already done the Strike Sugar Challenge. How is this different?

Fit Commit is a complete plan including both Eat Clean recipes and a fitness plan. The focus is on pushing your wellness in the right direction, not on detoxing the body of sugar. However all Eat Clean recipes are based on sound, whole nutrition so your wellness will be complete.
