White Peach & Black Cherry Bellissimo
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup Natural unsweetened BLACK CHERRY juice
- Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
- 1 cup Unsweetened KOMBUCHA
- 1 cup Sparkling mineral water
- 2 Tbsp MANUKA HONEY
Instructions
1. Place peaches and juice of half of a lemon in blender and process until smooth.
2. In measuring cup or Mason jar, combine cherry juice, Manuka honey, Kombucha and mineral water. Whisk until blended.
3 Set out 4 champagne flutes.
4. Divide peach puree among 4 glasses.
5. Top with cherry juice mixture into each. Try to pour slowly so as not to mix layers.
6 Garnish with slice of lemon, wedge of peach or a mint sprig.
