Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop vanilla Sun Warrior protein powder (or clean protein powder of your choice)
- 1 cup of plain kefir
- (or if dairy sensitive use almond or coconut yogurt or milk)
- 1⁄2 coconut water or water
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a high-powered blender, and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Drink immediately.
